How do I check my order status?

Due to Shop Lenovo using multiple courier companies we have not integrated a tracking services yet, you can contact Monday to Friday on 0860 995 128 if you experienceing any delay with your order.

The product i am trying to place is out of stock?
Please contact us to verify the stock on an item that displays OUT OF STOCK

I wish to do an EFT?
Please send us an email on sales@shoplenovo.co.za with the product that you require, we will generate a quotation for you and submit it via email which will include our banking details, you may use the quote number as a refernce in order to make the purchase. Happy Shopping

How much does delivery cost?
Orders above R1000 placed are FREE for delivery nationwide
Orders below R1000 will have a flat fee of R99 charged for delivery.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationally excluding postal boxes or to the Post office.

How do I reset my password?
