Return Policy

RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS
1.1 Shop Lenovo shall replace, pass a credit or refund Goods purchased within 7 (seven) days from Shop Lenovo's invoice, provided that the Goods are unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
1.2 Shop Lenovo reserves the right to levy a reasonable handling charge on Goods that are or have been returned for credit to and accepted by Shop Lenovo;
1.3 If the Goods have been opened but unused, Shop Lenovo will charge for the cost of re-packaging.
1.4 If the Goods have been opened and used, Shop Lenovo will charge for the cost of repackaging, the cost of usage and the cost of setting the Goods back to factory default settings.
1.5 If the Goods have been physically damaged (refer to the Warranty Policy) then Shop Lenovo may refuse to pass a credit on the Goods and will only do so at Shop Lenovo’s sole and absolute discretion.
1.6 If any accessories, manuals, software, media, cables and the like are missing, Shop Lenovo will charge the customer for the cost of the replacement of the said item.
